A Queen is Born is a retelling of the Greek myth describing the encounter between Hippolyta, the queen of the Amazons, and the infamous brute of a warrior, Heracles. We watch the encounter unfold from Kalliope’s perspective, thousands of years before the events that took place in Amazon in Exile.
